Picco Micromotori presenta il nuovissimo motore BUGGY V1 Team DLC CER
Il motore presenta un nuovo carter più “robusto” per ridurre al minimo le torsioni e le perdite di prestazioni.
Il nuovo carburatore ha ora la doppia regolazione del minimo dinamico mentre il nuovo albero, bilanciato, subisce un trattamento superficiale DLC che restituisce maggiore resistenza all’usura e all’attacco delle ossidazioni di qualsiasi tipo.

Cambiano anche i dati di corsa e alesaggio che per anni erano rimasti quasi a segno di fabbrica delle casa di Arcore.
Il nuovo V1 infatti ha un corsa di 17,30mm e un alesaggio di 16,03mm in una camera di combustione a 5 luci.
The Picco V1 Team DLC CER is the brand new top performance off road engine in Picco products line.
The engine features a new crankcase, designed to be stiffer so that the absence of torsion allows for more stable performances at any temperature and prevents any RPM loss.
With a 5 port sleeve, the V1 features a new crankshaft that underwent a DLC coating treatment that ensures a very low crankpin wear and protects the shaft from oxidations of any kind for a long life of the part.
The carburettor now sports a double bottom-end adjustment for finer tuning and for a better combustible passage, while the main bearing features ceramic balls for a longer life and maximised performances.
